How is it calculated?
Both teams' cards and fouls in the league matches a referee took charge of; cup ties are left out. Referees with at least 5 matches are listed. The data provider gives referees no id, so one name within one country's leagues is one referee; an initial such as "M. Oliver" joins the one full name it can stand for.
